With over 100,000 square feet mapped out using lean manufacturing production systems concepts, our machining and fabrication plant combines a new gear manufacturing factory and heat treat facility into one. Our on-site furnace can meet all of the following gear material hardness standards and capabilities: case carburizing, induction hardening, thru-hardening, and stress relieving.
